At its Tokyo International Anime Fair booth this weekend, King Records screened a promotional video that lists the planned bonus extras for the Blu-ray/DVD release ofThe amazon.co.jp retail website has announced on Monday that it received 88,000 pre-orders for the Evangelion:2.22 You Can (Not) Advance (Evangelion Shin Gekijōban: Ha) film. The bonus features will include deleted scenes and the "Noguchi ver." of the "I Would Give You Anything" scene. The May 26 release from King Records' Starchild label will also include the teaser trailer, the full trailer, TV commercials, and the 2.22 version of the recording script. ⏎ The video also confirms that theon Blu-ray/andDVDrelease will feature an extended version of the film at 111 minutes and 49 seconds long; the theatrical release was only 108 minutes long. Japanee subtitles are listed, but not English subtitles. Along with a deluxe booklet, the first pressing will add a film strip from the actual film reels used in the theatrical releasewithin a week of February 8, the day it started accepting orders. 40,000 of those pre-orders came on the first day alone — topping the 30,000 that Michael Jackson's This Is It film received on its first day of pre-orders.
