The North American anime distributor Funimation announced on Wednesday that it will distribute Last Exile: Ginyoku no Fam (Last Exile -Fam, The Silver Wing-), the Last Exile television series from Gonzo, in the United States. ⏎ According to Funimation, the series will revolve around "the young ace vanship pilot, Fam, and her trusted navigator, Giselle, as they pilot their vanship, Vespa, through the free and peaceful skies." ⏎ Gonzo announced the series in February, noting that it will mark Gonzo's 20th anniversary. ⏎ Anime Expo will host the world premiere of the series at its convention on July 1-4.
