Series is discussed and described in Japanese pamphlet "伝説のインターネット - ヘヴン セント ゲーミング". per maximillian_MAX I was set to say erroneous, as this is an OEL manga, which I don't encourage this site to have a lot of... however after doing a search for ヘヴン・セント・ゲーミング on Twitter, I came across a couple of Japanese fans of this manga's publisher. And they are active Japanese manga fans. This manga also has a Japanese Wikipedia article which uses the manga template and describes this as a "School Manga" and a Shonen.
