Manga about superpowered beings to begin in Young Jump in November
This year's 44th issue of Blood Lad) in the 51st issue of Young Jump in November. A television anime, video game, "and more" will then follow.
The cast for the television anime will include The Severing Crime Edge) as Koneko. The text on the visual reads, "The victims in the incident are all 'minimum holders' (superpowered beings)."

Kodama also drafted the original character designs, and DIVE II Entertainment will be producing the music.
