AIC Ad: New Megazone 23, Pretty Sammy Projects in the Works

Megazone 23 began with a 1985 motorcycle robot anime that popularized the mecha anime. There have since been two sequel OVA projects in 1986 and 1989.
Tōru Miura, AIC's current representative director and Aplix's company director. Aplix sold the 8,000 shares for 8,000 yen ($77) total.
AIC then project has since launched this past November. Pretty Sammy is a spinoff of Tenchi Muyo!
Miura established the studio that would become AIC on July 15, 1982, and the studio co-produced Megazone 23 in 1985. The company has since been involved in more than 200 anime titles, including Oreimo.
More recently AIC produced AIC Takarazuka.
