NIS America Promises Launch Day Patches for Text Issues in Ys VIII for Switch

Nintendo Switch to fix text issues and other issues with the game.
An early review posted by GameXplain had reported several problems with the localized script, including repeated lines, subtitles that do not match the dialogue, and untranslated text. NISA told ANN that "the patches were not available at the time the review codes were sent out and thus all previews reflect the game in its unpatched state."
NIS America will released a free patch on January 30.
