Disney+ Hotstar Appoints Sajith Sivanandan as Executive VP, Head

Entertainment news source Deadline reported on Tuesday that the Disney+ Hotstar streaming service for India will appoint Sajith Sivanandan as executive vice president and head of the company from October 2022 onward. He will lead the service's business operation and will be in charge of its future growth plans.
Sivanandan will report to chairman of Disney's international content and operations group Rebecca Campbell and to Country Manager for The Walt Disney Company India K Madhavan.
Sivanandan was previously at Star TV where he managed the North Indian operations for Channel V.
Disney+ Hotstar appointed Sunil Rayan as the president and head in June 2020.
The Disney+ Hotstar streaming service offers access to anime titles such as Doraemon.
