Japanese Rocker Hyde Plays Himself in Bakuman

L'Arc-en-Ciel/Vamps band member also rewrites "Get up" in Japanese for anime
The Japanese rock musician Showtaro Morikubo.
In addition, Morikubo (as Koogy) sang a Japanese version of the English song "Get up" from HYDE's band Vamps. HYDE wrote new Japanese lyrics for the song, which has been used in the anime from the fifth episode onward.
HYDE contributed to the soundtracks of L'Arc-en-Ciel.
