Magazine: U.K.'s Gareth Edwards to develop, direct project with new writer
The Hollywood Reporter magazine reports that British director Magnet Releasing released in the United States last year after a film festival run.
Legendary Pictures had previously indicated that its version will hew closer to the original 1954 film rather than David Callaham was the writer originally assigned to the project, but Legendary Pictures is looking for a new writer.
