Music Group supercell Holds Auditions for Next Album

The musical group supercell began holding auditions on Wednesday for a guest vocalist on the group's third album. The winner will follow in the figurative footsteps of the virtual Vocaloid idol Hatsune Miku and the human singer nagi, who performed on supercell's first and second albums, respectively.
The composer Ryo emphasized that the group is not concerned with the guest vocalist's gender or age, nor is the group concerned about whether the candidates enter themselves or are recommended by others. Instead, the main criteria is singing talent.
The group rose to fame with songs submitted to the Cencoroll anime also used supercell songs. The group's second album, Today Is a Beautiful Day, ranked #3 on Oricon's weekly album sales ranking chart in March.
More recently, rose onto the store's top 10 singles chart for world music.
The guest vocal auditions will runs from May 25 to June 19.
