The original Muv-Luv visual novel will also receive a port for the PlayStation 3 on October 25. The limited-edition version will retail for 8,190 yen ($102) and the standard edition will retail for 6,090 yen ($76). Muv-Luv creator revealed plans for a Windows 7-compatible version of the original Muv-Luv visual novel in May. Yoshimune had also revealed plans for a port of the Muv-Luv Alternative visual novel, which will also be released on the PlayStation 3 on October 25.
