CAPCOM's 'manga-like action' game for PS3, 3DS to ship on November 22

E.X. Troopers will ship on November 22 on the PlayStation 3 platforms in Japan. The Nintendo 3DS version will cost 5,990 yen ($75), and the PlayStation 3 version will cost 6,990 yen ($88).
