No humans to appear onstage as Vocaloid idols sing, act on set designed by OMA NY architect
A new video debuted on Thursday to preview The End, the opera starring the virtual idol Hatsune Miku. Marc Jacobs, the artistic director of famed French fashion brand designed outfits that Miku wears in the show.
Director Toshiki Okada and digital music artist amazarashi." Shohei Shigematsu, an architect and a partner of OMA New York, designed the stage.
The opera is next heading to Tokyo on May 23 and 24.
