Kawano previously performed the ending theme "Kieru Daydream" for the Natsume's Book of Friends.
The Monogatari Series Second Season television anime is covering most of the Second Season arc — Nekomogatari (White), presented separately.
The show premiered in Japan on July 6. Streaming services announced last month that it is releasing both Nekomonogatari (Black) and Monogatari Series Second Season.
