Magical Teddybear-Transforming Lolita Shokotan Fights More Zombies in Trailer

The full trailer for Nuigulumar Z, the Kenji Ohtsuki titled “Hōsei Ningen Nuigulumar” which in turn is based on, that's right, the original “Tatakae! Nuigulumar” song by Tokusatsu.
The tokusatsu (special-effects) comedy stars Nakagawa as Yumeko Aikawa a.k.a. "Dame-ko" (no-good-girl), a girl in lolita fashion who transforms into Nuigulumar when she combines with a pink teddy bear (nuigurumi no kuma). She fights with the villian Takeshi, who plans to take over the world using zombies.
Heroman) designed the titular heroine character. The film has 109 zombies on the set — the most on any Japanese film.
The Nuigulumar Z film was announced in April and Noburu Iguchi, the director known for such genre films as Tomie: Unlimited, and Dead Sushi, is helming the project. (Nakagawa previously drew the Nōko no Koi manga based on a concept by Iguchi.)
Kōichi Yamadera will star as the black teddybear Deparuza Charlie.
The film is set to premiere on January 25, 2014.
