A trailer for Mighty No. 9, the Mega Man-styled action-platforming video game developed by Comcept and YouTube, compared to 2,794 thumbs up.
Takuya Aizu, the CEO of Inti Creates, ed in the criticism. His tweet most likely refers to Deep Silver, Mighty No. 9's publisher.

Sonic the Hedgehog's official Twitter also took the opportunity to jab Mighty No. 9, mocking both its explosions and its teasing of anime fans.

Mighty No. 9 is not new to controversy; in 2014, Dina Abou Karam, the community manager of the game's official forums, attracted several times.
