Mother-Daughter Pair Kikuko & Honoka Inoue Star in Pokémon Generations Episode

The "eternally 17-year-old" voice actress dub. Kikuko and Honoka voice two background characters in episode 18--a mother and a daughter of course.
The duo appear in the beginning of the episode and the elder Inoue serves as the narrator for most of it.

The younger Inoue is an up-and-coming voice actress. She's previously voiced Arii in debut last December.
