Late Macross Composer Honored at Orchestra Performance in September

Ten years ago the anime industry franchise is honoring Haneda, as well as celebrating its 35th anniversary, this September with a new orchestral concert.
The Macross 35th Anniversary × Kentarō Haneda 10th Memorial "Super Spacetime Orchestral Music" Healthy Wings Orchestra will take place on September 17 at the Tokyo International Forum. Tickets go on sale via Ticket Pia on August 4 followed by general sale on August 19.
The orchestra is made up of 80 performers and conducted by Satoshi Uegaki of the Eri Takeda (Milia Fallyna Jenius) will appear at the performance. Franchise character designer Haruhiko Mikumoto drew the flyer for the event.
Haneda also composed the anime music for Doraemon: Nobita and the Legend of the Sun King film (2000).
