One Piece's Chopper Gets Cuddly as High-End Steiff Teddy Bear

German plush toy company Steiff is collaborating with One Piece to release a special Tony Tony Chopper-inspired teddy bear. The release is limited to 1,500 bears.

The Chopper bear features Steiff's trademark "button in ear," the character's name on the bear's foot with a winter-blooming cherry blossom flower, and the pink hat and blue nose of the Straw Hat Pirates' doctor. The bear costs 43,200 yen ($400), and the Bandai website began accepting pre-orders on Thursday. The bear is slated to ship in February.
