Asuna Gets a New Swimsuit for Dengeki Anniversary Figure

The publishing imprint Sword Art Online heartthrob Asuna. The heroine is getting a brand-new swimsuit figure to commemorate the anniversary.
The figure is based on previous artwork drawn by abec for the Dengeki Bunko Festival in 2015. The image was recreated for the 23cm (9in) tall figure. Asuna's frilly red and white bathing suit calls back to her Knights of the Blood uniform. The sarong can be detached from the figure revealing just the bikini.
Dengeki is selling the figure in a standard and limited edition. The standard edition includes only the figure while the limited edition also bundles a B2 size tapestry of abec's original illustration. The standard version will cost 14,018 yen (US$130) and the limited edition costs 16,718 yen (US$155). Pre-orders are open until June 18 and orders are expected to ship in March 2019.
