Locke the Superman Tops List of Longest-Running Manga

The April issue of Nikkei Entertainment! magazine, which shipped on March 2, published an article that listed the top 30 longest-running manga. The Nikkei Style website posted the list online on Tuesday.
The listed manga have been running for a minimum of 20 years, and Shojo manga that concentrate around the mid 1970s also have a strong presence on the list.
Here is the full top 30 list of longest-running manga series, according to Nikkei Entertainment!:

The list excluded works from newspapers, general weekly magazines, and four- manga magazines. The list includes works (marked with an asterisk above) that have had name changes partway through publication. It appears that the list ranked series only by year of initial publication rather than exact launch date.
