Kia Asamiya to be AX 2001 Guest of Honor

Kia Asamiya will be among their guests of Honor for the 2001 Convention.
Asamiya is best known for his Manga DC Comics.
Anime Expo has also announced that, in collaboration with GoFA (The Gallery of Fantastic Art), they will hold an exclusive art exhibit of the works of Asamiya's. This is to be the first time that Asamiya's works are exhibited outside of Japan. AX will have approximately 40 pieces of Asamiya's work on display.
