The Hitoshi Takagi died yesterday from heart disease at the age of 78.
Hitoshi Takagi died yesterday, 2/11, due to partial ischemic heart disease, aged 78.
Takagi participated in the Itami Juzo's film "Tanpopo".
His list of credits in anime include "Totoro" from Galaxy Express 999 (Ginga Tetsudou 999).
A funeral service will be held on the 17th at 11:30am. More information is available here (Japanese Only).
The address for the funeral is 81 Produce, Hitoshi Takagi's production company. The chief mourner will be Hitoshi's eldest son, Takemoto.
