Japan Lawmakers Scolded for Reading Comics

This has been floating around for a little while now but deserves to be mentioned. On May 13th, Junichiro Koizumi, the prime minister of Japan, scolded 30 first-term lawmakers from his party for reading manga and sending e-mail during parliamentary legislative sessions.
