Shochiku's film lineup for 2005 was announced on the 26th, in 2005 they will release 56 movie, 27 Japanese movies, 24 western movies and 5 theatrical anime.
While talking about their 2005 plans, they mentioned that in 2006 they will release a live action adaptation of Trick Trick" and "PIKA*NCHI" fame, the cast has not yet been finalized. The movie will not be identical to the manga and anime.
Among the 5 anime released in 2005 will be Tetsujin 28-go live-action adaptation in 2005.
