Ju-On Director to Direct Live-Action Adaptation of Tokyopop Manga
Variety reports (registration required) that Parasyte manga. In addition to directing the movie, Shimizu will also supervise the script's development.
The screenplay is by Matt Manfredi and Matt Drake.
Shimizu is the director of both the Japanese horror movie Ju-on, as well as its Hollywood adaptation, Tokyopop, then called Mixx.
