Production I.G Posts More Kanno Interview, Less Profit

I.G hosts more of composer's interview while announcing 36% profit drop
The Japanese animation company Kenji Kamiyama. The clappa! website posted the original Japanese interview.
Separately, I.G announced on June 13 that its recalculated profits for the fiscal year ending in May 2007 dropped 36% from last year to 273 million yen ($2.23 million). The company cited the broadcast end of several of its series as well as a decline in DVD and merchandise sales. The sales-profit ratio dropped three points as revenue increased 2% to 5.546 billion yen (US$45.34 million).
I.G had recently Mag Garden on December 1. Just as in Friday's year-end financial report, the merger announcement had also cited slow DVD sales for the changing business environment.
