Bandai Entertainments Confirms Recall on 4 DVDs

The North American anime distributor My-Otome Vol. 4.
The company apologized for the issues and explained that the error was made during manufacturing, despite having check discs with no issues. The DVDs are being recalled from stores and replaced with newly replicated DVDs. For DVDs that have already reached customers' hands, Bandai Entertainment will create special link at www.bandai-ent.com for the exchange and replacement of these discs starting January 17.
