Ali Project to Play at Sakura-Con, Versailles at A-Kon

The Japanese duo .hack//Roots), and more. Ketchup Mania, The Slants, Smile DK, and Scandal will also perform at the convention.

In a separate development, A-Kon has announced that the visual kei band Versailles will perform at the Dallas convention on May 30. Versailles was formed just this past year from prominent of other visual kei groups: guitarist TERU (formerly of Aikaryu), bassist Jasmine You (JAKURA, Hizaki Grace Project), drummer YUKI (Sugar Trip), guitarist Hizaki (Sulfuric Acid, Hizaki Grace Project), and vocalist KAMIJO (Lareine). The group's American appearance is presented by Tainted Reality.
