Arias film competed against Desmond, TokiKake
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, and Victor Maldonado and Adrian Garcia's Nocturna.
From 800 submissions, the festival selected 200 shorts and 13 new features to screen during February 1-9. Over 100 films were screened as part of the International competition in the various feature-length and short animation categories. Tokyo Godfathers in 2005.
