Korean Studio to Produce Antique Bakery Adaptation

United Pictures, a South Korean film company launched earlier this year by producers Lee Tae-hun (Sympathy for Lady Vengeance), Shim Bo-Kyeong (JSA) and Fuji TV aired an earlier live-action television drama version in 2001.)

Ming Kyu-Dong, whose previous credits include 1999's Memento Mori and 2005's My Lovely Week, will be directing the Korean film. Fine Cut, another newly formed sales company, will handle international distribution once the film is released in Korea.
