Weekly Japanese-language streams with no apparent IP restrictions

The official website of the Animate.tv video website is providing a separate streaming service with digital rights management. The official website has also posted able copies of the opening animation sequence in 640x480 resolution (13.4MB zip/wmv file) and 900x676 resolution (25.9MB zip/wmv file).
