Sakura-Con has Wendy Powell to the 2009 event.

Peter Fernandez has been involved in the production of North American anime adaptations since the 1960s. He was involved, either as a voice-actor, director or producer with the English productions of Star Blazers and many more.
Wendy Powell is a Texas base voice actress best known for her portrayal of Envy in Negima!?.
Previously announced guests for Sakura-Con 2009 include Todd Haberkorn among others.
Sakura-Con 2009 will take place at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle from April 10 -12.
