Proposed Robotech Film Reportedly Gets Another New Writer

The Mania.com website reports that British television wrtier and novelist Tom Rob Smith "has taken over writing duties" for the proposed film adaptation of the Macross (the most popular of the three anime).
Smith will be the fourth writer or writing team to be reportedly attached to the film. Lawrence Kasdan wrote a draft, but Alfred Gough and Miles Millar were then recruited to "bring action and geek cred to the table."
