Spike TV/Gonzo work vies against Foster's Home movie in long animation category
The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has announced that Cartoon Network's recently ended Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends series. The 2009 Creative Arts Emmy Awards will be presented on September 12, while the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards will be presented live on national television on September 20.
Afro Samurai: Resurrection, which is the animated television movie sequel to 2007's Funimation collaborated on the production and merchandising, and it released the DVD on February 3.
