Sazae-san cited as models of works continuing after creators' deaths
Hiroshi Hayakawa, president of the Sazae-san as examples of anime that have continued after their creators ed away.
Even before Usui's death, the anime series had already been scheduled to go on hiatus until October 16. The Japanese publisher Adult Swim network used to run episodes every Sunday morning.
