Takara Tomy doll that inspired other anime

The Japanese production company Takara Tomy's popular Licca-chan doll line. The first episode, "Licca-chan to Denwa" ("Licca-chan and the Phone") has begun streaming on Takara Tomy's official Licca-chan website on the same day. The website will stream the next episode, "Licca-chan to Kuma" ("Licca-chan and the Bear"), soon. The first episode will also be included in the DVDs that are bundled with the December issue of Shogakukan's Yōchien (Kindergarten) magazine and the February issue of Shogakukan's Mebae magazine.

Licca-chan's visibility in Japan is roughly comparable to Keiji Fujiwara and Asa Komuro play the original anime characters Kuma and Princess Ann, respectively. (Komuro also narrates.)

DLE's previous titles include the mascot of Nichirei Foods' Acerola Drink.
