Cameron: Battle Angel Has Script, 1 Year of Design Work

Titanic/Avatar director cautions that he is unsure he is doing film "at this point"
Oscar-winning director benefit from the hybrid 3D live-action/CG techniques pioneered by Avatar.
However, no casting has been made, and Cameron cautions, "I am not even sure that I want to do this film at this point. I might. I still like it. But, it seems like every time I do a movie, it changes my perception of what I want to do next. So we have to see."
Cameron development since at least 2006.
ADV Films released the anime version.
