Japanese Box Office, December 12-13

#1's Kamen Rider, #5 Ultra, #7 Yamato

Ponyo or Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince garnered in their first two days in Japanese theaters.

Part of the reason for the huge audiences was the One Piece Volume 0 manga that was overseen the new film's production.

Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Double & Decade: Movie War 2010 debuted at #2 on Kogyo Tsushinsha's chart. On Rentrak Theatrical's chart, it debuted at #3 with US$5,096,420 on 292 screens. Another live-action special-effects film, Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend The Movie, landed at #5 with US$1,698,375 on 135 screens.

franchise in 26 years, landed at #7. It garnered US$1,088,008 on 213 screens.

Macross Frontier, also dropped from #9 (#8 on Rentrak Theatrical) off the chart in its fourth weekend.
