Crunchyroll Adds The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

2nd season streams later this year; , merchandising rights also acquired
The media-distribution website Nyorōn Churuya-san on its subscription-based streaming service, followed by a release on its ad-ed free streaming platform.
Crunchyroll is already streaming the first four episodes of the first season of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya now, and the remaining episodes will follow next week. The site will then stream the second season later this year.
Crunchyroll will also handle sales and print-on-demand merchandise for the franchise. The acquisition will be available in the Americas, the British Isles, Scandinavia, the Middle East and Africa.
