Shonen Sunday for iPhone Manga App Launched in Japan

The Japanese publisher Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine and charges an in-app purchase fee per volume. Shogakukan also has an iPad version in the works.
The initial manga lineup includes the first five volumes from each of the following titles: Major. Each volume costs 450 yen ($4.93), and two more volumes of each title will be added every week. The app is currently not available in the American version of the iTunes Store.
