Oblivion Island, Tokyo Marble Chocolate, Mai Mai Miracle to Run in Toronto

The won awards in July at the Montreal Fantasia Film Festival.
Shinsuke Satō's Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror centers around Haruka, a single daughter living with an emotional distant father. One day at a local shrine, she encounters a small magical creature that takes her to the land of forgotten items. Here, she finds memorabilia from her childhood and the Baron, the ruler of Oblivion Island who has been watching her.
Naoyoshi Shiotani's Tokyo Marble Chocolate focuses on a young couple, a generous yet shy Yudai, and an energetic but clumsy Chizuru. When Yudai plans to give Chizuru a rabbit in a box, it turns out to be a mini donkey. The odd creature escapes, and Chizuru chases it while Yudai loses them both. In their separation, they will find important answers to their lives.
Kiiko. Shinko has an ancient family connection to an important figure who lived a thousand years ago. Together, Shinko and Kiiko go on a magical journey to discover the history of their town.
