AG-ONE to Take Over Chaos;Head Game Developer 5pb.

The Thursday edition of Japan's Kanpō paper reports that 5pb. on June 1. The takeover plan is subject to votes of approval by both companies' shareholders on May 13. If approved, AG-ONE will assume all assets and debts of 5pb., and 5pb. will no longer be a separate business entity. The two companies have already been in a business partnership since last May.

Among other game titles, 5pb. co-developed series premiered this month.
