Discotek Adds Isao Takahata's Panda! Go Panda! Anime (Updated)

1972 family film from director who would later co-found Ghibli with Hayao Miyazaki
The North American anime distributor Panda! Go, Panda! for release next year.
Pom Poko. Miyazaki came up with the original concept for the first film and wrote both films.
Discotek did not specify if it licensed both Panda! Go, Panda! films.
Geneon Entertainment previously released both films in North America on one DVD in 2000 and then the company re-released the films on DVD as a part of the its "Signature Series" in 2004.
