Tecmo Koei Holdings Aquires Game Developer Gust

Dead or Alive/Musou developer's parent to turn Atelier/Ar Tonelico developer into subsidiary
Gust as a subsidiary. The agreement was signed on Wednesday.
Tecmo KOEI is best known worldwide for their Dead or Alive fighting games and Musou (Dynasty/Samurai Warriors) action games. The developer also makes the Nobunaga's Ambition (Nobunaga no Yabō) and Romance of the Three Kingdoms (Sangokushi) simulation games.
Gust's many titles include the Atelier and NIS America distribute in North America and Europe.
