Manga UK. Additionally, the website UK Anime Network reports that Kaze has access to "Episode 0" of the series. There is no confirmation yet about the format(s) on which Episode 0 will be released.
Known as "Un-Go episode:0 Inga-ron" (ran in Japanese cinemas last November. It depicts the protagonists Shinjūrō and Inga's first meeting.
confirmed it had the rights to Episode 0 of Un-Go in America.
Correction - An earlier version of this story claimed that Manga UK is "releasing" Un-Go. In fact, Manga UK will distribute the series, but it is technically a Kazé UK release, as Kaze has the rights.
