Japanese Videogame Talks in London on Tuesday and Wednesday

The talk on February 21 is called "The Past: Game Over?" about the preservation of videogame culture. It will be given by Professor Akira Baba of the University of Tokyo and Professor James Newman from Bath Spa University. The talk will discuss whether videogame culture should be archived in some way, and if so, what are the possibilities.
The talk on Febuary 22 is called "The Present and Future: Progress to Next Level?" It discusses the future prospects for the Japanese game industry. Professor Akira Baba will be ed by ACQUIRE and Development Director of the game Tenchu, as well as by the freelance journalist Steve Boxer.
