Sega Restructures Consumer Division, Projects 7-Billion-Yen Loss

In 2005, Sega Sammy Holdings Incorporated TMS Entertainment's voting shares and made the anime producer a consolidated subsidiary. TMS Entertainment is not listed as part of the restructuring.
