ClariS Duo's 1st Album Sells 53,909 to Rank #2

Birthday CD includes Nisemonogatari themes
ClariS' Birthday album sold 53,909 copies to rank #2 on Oricon's weekly CD album sales chart for the April 9-15 week. The young female duo released the CD as their first album on April 11.
The album also ranked #1 on the daily chart for April 13-16. The theme songs "irony" from Nisemonogatari are among the CD's 12 tracks.
"Naisho no Hanashi," the duo's fourth single, ranked #2 on Oricon's weekly CD single sales chart for the January 30-February 5 week — the first time that ClariS accomplished this feat. It was the fourth single in a row from ClariS to place in the top 10 of Oricon's weekly chart since the duo's debut, but this was their first song to place in the top 3.
