The Japanese publisher Kodansha announced the results of its 36th Annual Manga Awards on Thursday.

Best Children's Manga

Watashi ni xx Shinasai! (Missions of Love)
Serialized in Nakayoshi (Kodansha)

Best Shōnen Manga

Mashiro no Oto
Serialized in Monthly Shōnen Magazine (Kodansha)

Best Shōjo Manga

Un chocolatier de l'amour perdu)
Serialized in Shogakukan)

Best General Manga

Vinland Saga
Serialized in Afternoon (Kodansha)

The winners will be honored in a ceremony on July 3 at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward. Each winner will receive a certificate, a bronze statue, and 1 million yen ($12,500). won last year's awards.
